How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Unrot.co account and all associated data, you can do so using any of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Unrot.co app.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@unrot.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Option 3: Request Online
Fill out the form below and we'll process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar).
- Your learning progress and history.
- Your quiz scores and achievements.
- Your saved preferences and settings.
- Any content you have generated or bookmarked.
What We May Retain
In certain cases, we may retain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
